It was quite refreshing waking up to this view this morning…
Until I realised it was freezing inside & outside my house and I still had loads of work todo!
Skateboard content hopefully coming soon, and don’t you Skaterham Locals forget it’s the Christmas Party this Sunday with Comps, Music, Free Burger, Bar, all the usual stuff and possibly a little video edited by me on the big scene (if I get time to make it)…. so get involved!

Skaterham’s 10th Birthday
Well yesterday was Skaterham’s 10th Birthday Party, and what a day it was! Such a good turn out with over 200 people there all Celebrating Skaterham’s hard work. The double comp went off with some sick stuff including Team Bear’s amazing run and an attempted front flip on a BMX. Team Angry Bear aka as the Scooter kids (not sure of their name’s) took the prize money, but if I hadn’t forgotten to high five Chaz in ’Team Space’s’ run It could have been a different storey!! Of course no event is complete nower days without a game of S.K.A.T.E. Comp, can’t rememberwho won the under 16′s, but Potter destroyed everyone in the over 16′s with first go switch tre reverts and varial flip bodyvarial reverts! Then there was an epic battle of goofy vs regular, which of course was won easily by the regulars, Brap! I think edmound filmed that so that will probably end up in the Internet in the near future. So much other stuff happened that I can’t remember, but overall all it was a really fun day and cheers to Skaterham for everything! Here’s a few blurry pictures of the day and a tiny quickly edited video mainly filmed by Felix, so blame him if your trick ain’t in it!!

The event went on well into the night and by the time we left we found this in Tesco’s Car Park haha…

Mega Update!
Well I haven’t updated this in over a week so I thought I’d let you know what’s been happening recently…
I spent last weekend meeting up with some mates in Guildford and setting up the Internet in my flat, ready for when I move in properly, so not a lot of skating… but Bank Holiday Monday Charlie and myself had a little skate in the boiling heat at Dorking. Got a tiny bit of footage and then spent the afternoon/evening at Skaterham! Charlie also informed me that a photo I took of him has ended up in the latest Sidewalk…
God knows how who ever wrote that article got the picture, because I didn’t send it in!!?
The rest of this week I’ve spent earning some money delivering Thompson Locals in the back of beyond…
…and to a Mormon Temple haha….
Today after getting a few bits of footage in at the sesh at Skaterham… Felix, Ed, Conor and Myself skated a few homemade transition’s:
On the Subject of Skaterham, I shouldn’t have to remind you that tomorrow is Skaterham Skatepark’s 10th Birthday…
Skaterham has been a second home to most of us lot throughout our skating lives, it has transformed from ramps held together with gaffa tape in the old army barracks gym to a brilliant park situated in a Church… with a fast flowing indoor street course, an indoor massive rollin to jump box, indoor vert ramp and outdoor street section/mini ramp. The project is run by the CR3 youth project and is only still going thanks to the superb staff who put a lot of time and work into maintaining & improving the skatepark and organising events/trips for us. So go show the staff: Darren, Marilyn, Ads, Jim and all the others who have helped make Skaterham what it is your appreciation by coming along tomorrow. You may even win yourself £100 in the doubles comp, but if not you can just enjoy the skating, art, music, people and bar!
