Well Series 3 appears to be flopping, mainly due to the fact that recently Joe hasn’t been around much as he’s busy setting up his own business!!! But I’ll do my best to get more from Joe soon. In other news did you here who The Stig is?

Mint Walk’s Future?
Well about a month ago there was another meeting to discuss the development of a new skatepark at Mint Walk. There was a pretty poor turn out and basically the meeting pointless as no one could agree on anything!
Yesterday Felix and myself went down to the mini only to find it covered in oil, so it looks like once again someone has tried to burn it down!
Sick! Well at least it proves we need a concrete park… Felix and myself have been thinking of ideas for the new park and I’ve modelled a few in 3D which you can check out below! There not perfect as I’ve only got the free version of the software and I don’t really know how to use it, but it gives you an idea. Most of them are probably way over budget, but it’s a start… so please give me your feedback and ideas if you have any, so we can go to the next meeting (when ever it is) with some really good plans that everyone likes and get this thing moving!
ps. nearly forgot this idea!
In Search Of The Miraculous….
iv literally finished watching I.S.O.T.M, which for those of you who dont know, it is pontus alv’s new video. his first one was a big impact on me when i first saw it because it was a raw live skate scene in the likes iv never seen. now for those of you who know me im really not into artsy films iv allways thought they were bit stupid but i have to say there really good.
so if you saw the first one (strongest of the strange) im sure you’ll remember the opening had pontus walking around in a gas mask and pj’s, and him getting his member out and waving it around, well he does it again but this time with a american flag!
well anyway got the art stuff out of the way now down to the real skateboarding, this is a strange skateboard dvd to say the least, it has hints of a documentary of pontus’ strange life include him trying to climb a ladder without it being propped up on anything. come on felix back to the skating well this video like i said is different, it has literally something for everyone, some fucking rad street skating, d.i.y terrain killing skating and a few wallride tricks that you couldnt even imagen or try to explain.
but the best things about this video is it shows the meaning of skating, one clip it shows this street skater who has been trying this trick for so long, land his trick and everyone cheering and jumping up and going mental, you know the feeling of accomplishment its not some p-rod switch flip down a 10 set without trying, you feel like your there with the session when you hear these people cheer. its also shows the lows of skating boarding aswell including d.i.y spots getting smashed and knocked down, but it also shows you not to let this upset you and try again build more spots and remember your skating because its fun, you got into it to have a laugh with your mates not to compete in x-games 2974.3, so remeber search, skate,create and enjoy!
seriously buy this dvd it is deffently one of the best skate videos iv seen, its only like 14 euro’s!
